With a secure pipeline of work, they specialise in upgrading and maintaining occupied homes to meet modern safety, compliance, and energy efficiency standards. They are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support live refurbishment schemes and contribute to continued business growth. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the day-to-day commercial aspects of social housing refurbishment projects, supporting delivery teams from pre-construction to final account. Projects include planned maintenance, fire safety upgrades, M&E improvements, and energy efficiency works in occupied properties. Refurbishment often uncovers hidden issues such as ageing services, legacy pipework, structural defects, or historic compliance gaps. Intrusive works, particularly around M&E and fire safety systems, often require upgrading or replacing existing installations such as dry risers and sprinklers rather than installing new.
