Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Victoria, London (Office-Based with Site Visits)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Victoria, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in prime residential construction to play a key role in delivering high-end projects across London.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all commercial aspects of prime residential construction projects.
Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation.
Procuring subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the build process.
Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Conducting regular site visits across London.   Requirements

Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
3-4 years experience in prime residential projects valued between £500k and £3m.
Excellent commercial awareness and cost management skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred.
