Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from inception to completion? In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative commercial fit-outs and educational spaces. You’ll be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters. You’ll join a collaborative team where your input will shape not only the cost management process but also influence design and delivery decisions.
