Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Location: 2 days per week in Portsmouth office with UK-wide travel and hybrid working
25-30 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope/cladding remediation projects
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows
Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress
Liaise with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
Frequent site visits across the UK with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth officeQuantity Surveyor - Requirements
5+ years' experience in façade, cladding or external envelope-related surveying
Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
