Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing?As our Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial performance of our projects by monitoring budgets, producing detailed cost reports, forecasting cash flow, and identifying potential areas of risk or loss. Youll be involved in the full procurement and subcontractor management process, including analysing tenders, appointing subcontractors, and managing their accounts through valuations and payments. You will also contribute to effective contract administration by preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, as well as managing variations, claims, and disputes.In this role, youll ensure accurate and timely reporting through monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and client requirements. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive commercial efficiency and support successful project delivery across the team.What youll bring Experience in a contracting environmentDegree in Quantity Surveying or related construction fieldProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and specialized construction softwareStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Whats in it for you?
