Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management. Use your experience to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements. What you'll need: Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent Member of RICS UK Driving Licence Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
