Are you an Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Our client has recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!
About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £2-6 million.
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Milton Keynes.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
