Ivy Resource Group is seeking a capable and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing team delivering projects across petrol stations, EV hubs, and retail fit-outs valued between £250k and £2m. This is a permanent role offering £40,000 - £55,000 plus benefits, ideal for someone who has moved beyond assistant level and is ready to run projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n \n Measure, manage, and control project costs from inception to completion
\n
\n
\n Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
\n
\n
\n Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost control
\n
\n
\n Maintain profitability and manage budgets effectively
\n
\n
\n Travel to project sites mainly across London, with occasional nationwide visits
\n
\n
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n \n Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1
\n
\n
\n 1-5 years' experience running projects solo (post-assistant level)
\n
\n
\n Ability to measure and manage all QS duties independently
\n
\n
\n Full UK driving licence and own car
\n
\n
\n Based within 45 minutes of Harrow
\n
\n
\n Ideally with retail fit-out experience
\n
\n
\n
\n
