* Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

The Ideal Candidate
• Solid grounding in quantity surveying principles
• Background in main contracting or housebuilding
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (accredited)
• Able to run projects independently and manage all trade packages
• Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
• Excellent at prioritising and managing multiple deadlines
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Well-organised and reliable with excellent time management
• Holds a full UK driving licence
