The Role:

An opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in Residential Groundworks to join a reputable and growing contractor. The successful candidate will oversee all commercial and financial aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficiency from tender to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations. Conduct take-offs and prepare accurate tender submissions. Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts with clients.
