A leading, national construction and property consultancy is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Winchester. The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a growing team of 30 professionals, delivering key cost management services across a varied portfolio of projects ranging from £1m to £60m in value.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the delivery of schemes across education, student accommodation (PBSA), commercial, high-end residential, local government, and healthcare sectors. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, and final accounts.

Working closely with Senior and Associate colleagues, the Quantity Surveyor will also benefit from structured training and progression opportunities towards chartership and beyond.
