The ideal candidate will have proven expertise working on civil engineering projects within the water sector and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.\n\nYou will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and delivering high-quality commercial support across the full project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the commercial aspects of a water infrastructure project.\n\nPrepare and manage cost plans, forecasts, and reports.\n\nAdminister and manage contracts in line with NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards.\n\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and cost control.\n\nAssess subcontractor applications and variations.\n\nSupport the project delivery team with risk management and procurement strategies.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civils projects, ideally within the water or utilities sector.\n\nStrong working knowledge of NEC contracts (preferably NEC3/4).\n\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.\n\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.\n\n[Chartered status with RICS or working towards it - optional
