Job Description

We are looking for project Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across North West England. Preferably from a main contracting background with new build experience in the commercial and residential sectors.

These roles will be initially contract based with a combination of site , home and office working. First appointments will commence during August 2025 and will be for a 5 day working week.

Responsibilities will include all traditional activities taking over the project from the precon team ; placement & administration of subs packages , monthly valuation process & change management together with cost & value forecasting.
