Quantity Surveyor - Roofing

Our client, a leading roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role will focus on education, residential, and commercial projects with values up to £2 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and bills of quantities

Manage budgets and track project costs from inception to completion

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure value for money

Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to senior management

Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects up to £2 million

Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
