Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer Ashford Up to £60,000 + Package
Hill McGlynn is proud to be partnering with a well-established residential developer in their search for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based out of their Ashford office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS to join a growing developer delivering high-quality residential schemes. You'll play a key role in managing project costs and ensuring developments are delivered efficiently and within budget. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of residential developments from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain financial control across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Supporting tendering and cost planning processes Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to programme Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and senior management Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as ...
