Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Groundworks\n\nNorth West London\n\n£60,000 - £80,000 + Package / Benefits\n\n(LTD or PAYE)\n\nAbout the Company\n\nOur client is a known RC Frame and Groundwork contractor based in North West London the company has a turnover of over £100 million per annum with project values varied from £5m - £15m. Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential projects.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nDue to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £20m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for CVR Meetings, developing future client relationships and hold the end goal of maximising the project profit margin.\n\nAbout the requirements\n\n * Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or an RC Frame and groundwork contractor.\n\n * Degree educated within Quantity Surveying or similar field.\n\n * 5+ years experience within Quantity Surveying\n\nAbout the Benefits and Rewards\n\nSalary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum.\n\nPackages includes:\n\n * Bonus scheme\n\n * Laptop\n\n * Phone etc.\n\n * All other package benefits can be discussed at interview stage\n\nPlease apply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape for more information
