About the Company Our client is a UK-based construction company specialising in groundworks, and civil engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £30 million per annum and is continuing to grow. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of civil, commercial and residential projects.

About the Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of RC Frame and Groundwork projects across Essex, Hertfordshire and London.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.

* Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.

* Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.

* Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.

* Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

* Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure

* Strong commercial and NEC or JCT contractual knowledge.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.

* Degree in Quantity Surveying
