Passive Fire Quantity Surveyors > Apply today for 2026 opportunities!
As a recruitment agency operating exclusively within fire protection, ProGroup Recruitment works with Passive Fire Protection Quantity Surveyors across the UK who want to be represented by someone who understands the commercial, technical and regulatory complexities of delivering compliant passive fire works.
We partner with established and growing passive fire contractors delivering fire door, fire stopping and compartmentation programmes across social housing, healthcare, education, commercial and high-risk residential projects nationwide. These businesses rely on commercially astute QS professionals to manage cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts, while maintaining alignment with specifications, quality standards and third-party certification requirements.
Many of the PFP Quantity Surveyors we support are not actively seeking a move, but want to understand how the market is evolving and which organisations are investing properly in systems, compliance and long-term growth. Our role is to ensure your experience is understood in context and represented accurately, whether you are operating at project, regional or portfolio level.
Whether you are open to a change, quietly assessing the market, or simply want to ensure you are visible for future opportunities, engaging with a specialist agency allows for informed, relevant conversations. We take a long-term approach to recruitment, focusing on professional relationships within the fire sector rather than short-term placements.
If you would like to be considered for future Passive Fire Protection Quantity Surveyor opportunities in 2026, or would welcome an initial, confidential conversation, we invite applications from professionals across the UK
