Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering

We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, working on a range of civil engineering projects based in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing project costs from inception through to completion

* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Procurement of subcontractors and materials

* Cost reporting and forecasting

* Liaising with clients, site teams, and commercial management

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering

* Strong knowledge of contracts (NEC/JCT preferred)

* Excellent commercial and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively

* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
