Are you a passionate and experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking your next career move? Our client, a leading construction consultancy based in central London, is looking to expand their dynamic team with both intermediate and senior level professionals.
About the Role
You will be joining a reputable consultancy that delivers a wide range of projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage costs on a variety of construction projects, ensuring value for money and adhering to project budgets
* Occassionally prepare tender and contract documents
* Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
* Conduct cost analyses and prepare estimates
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Support the team members and promote best practices within the consultancy
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience (intermediate) or 10+ years (senior)
* MRICS or working towards Chartership highly desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of NEC & JCT forms of contract
