You’ll manage subcontractor accounts, oversee reporting processes, and provide accurate forecasting to support project success. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, negotiating variations, and closing projects with precision. You’ll also play a key part in coaching and supporting colleagues, helping to strengthen commercial awareness across the team.

Responsibility and autonomy to manage your own projects and make a tangible impact
Exposure to major schemes across education, leisure, and public sector frameworks
Career progression opportunities within a business that invests in developing its people
A supportive and inclusive culture where collaboration and trust are central to success
Flexibility in working arrangements with a balance of office, site, and occasional remote work
Recognition and reward for delivering commercial excellence and contributing to long‑term business growth
