Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of the commercial management of projects, ensuring financial control and contractual compliance from start to finish. You'll manage subcontractor accounts, oversee reporting processes, and provide accurate forecasting to support project success. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, negotiating variations, and closing projects with precision. You'll also play a key part in coaching and supporting colleagues, helping to strengthen commercial awareness across the team.
