Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Contractor Location: Walthamstow (projects across London) Salary: Up to £75,000 comprehensive package Sector: Social Housing Refurbishment / Planned Works Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a leading tier one contractor with a strong pipeline of social housing refurbishment projects? This is a standout opportunity to play a key commercial role on planned works programmes delivered on behalf of a major nationwide housing association. The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple planned works schemes across London. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
