Quantity Surveyor – Freelance
A leading contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a long-term freelance basis, delivering high-profile retail projects across West London.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting

Preparing tender documentation and conducting cost analysis
*
Overseeing contract administration
*
Working closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
*
Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, with solid retail project exposure
*
Strong understanding of construction contracts
*
Proficiency with cost management software
