Quantity Surveyor Job Opening We are working with a well-established and growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor operating across the South of England. The business specialises in delivering infrastructure and groundworks packages for residential developments, working with a range of regional and housebuilders. Projects typically include: Roads and sewers (S278 / S38 / S104 works) Foundations, drainage, and external works Full groundworks packages on housing developments Multi-phase residential schemes ranging from smaller sites through to large-scale developments The company has built a strong reputation for quality delivery, long-term client relationships, and repeat business, and continues to expand its commercial team due to sustained growth. Quantity Surveyor Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, supporting the delivery of multiple residential groundworks projects. You will act as a key commercial point of contact across projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure strong financial control and project performance.
