Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Telford. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost control, managing costs, planning costs, and reporting costs. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring project budgets, conducting cost analysis, preparing valuations, and managing labour payments. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Skilled in handling Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and on-site/in the office Experience in the construction or drylining industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
