About the role of Quantity Surveyor: Opportunity for a , intelligent and ambitious quantity surveyor to join the growing commercial team of a reputable, central London based design and build contractor. The projects will be fast paced fit outs, with values ranging from £500,000 to £5 million. The role is mainly office based, with occasional site trips when required. Previous design and build experience is ideal. Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor: Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts whilst aiding and reporting into your commercial manager throughout. Effectively collaborate with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and work to develop tailored solutions that align with their vision. Dealing with and managing relations with sub-contractors. Co-ordinate the design, sales, and sub-contract team to ensure design and costs are aligned. Rates, cost plans, valuations and CVRs. Site meetings. Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor's degree in construction management or quantity surveying. Experience in dealing with construction contracts and project financial management. Friendly, energetic, and good technical knowledge. Great communication skills.
