Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

Manchester (City Centre) | £52,500–£62,500 | Hybrid / Flexible working

Start: February 2026

We’re hiring a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing construction business delivering high-quality refurbishments and fit-outs. This is a hands-on role for someone who sweats the detail, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be joining a , innovative team with strong investment, a client-first mindset, and a pipeline of projects ranging from £250k–£15m based round the North West.

What you’ll do

Cradle-to-grave commercial management (with support) Support procurement and manage subcontract packages end-to-end Provide a personable, proactive service to clients, putting them first Manage costs and risk from internal and external perspectives Price variations and support tenders Manage invoices, raise POs, and track costs Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

What we’re looking for

Experience working for a contractor Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Confident communicator with solid organisational skills Competent with Excel and measurement software (e.g. Bluebeam) Understanding of JCT contracts Proactive mindset and ambition to develop Min 5 years experience QSing - This is not mandatory, problem solver and keen learner priority!
