Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: Up to £90k + Discretionary Bonus + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a successful team working on a landmark RC frame development in London.
The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with financial and contractual aspects. This is a high-profile, multi-year project offering long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver a significant London development.
Reporting into a Commercial Manager, you will be for working in a team, assisting with cost management, procurement, contract administration, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial aspects of the development, ensuring profitability and risk are effectively managed Be part of a high-performing commercial team Assist with procurement strategy and subcontractor management Work closely with project management, technical, and operational teams Assist with the production of cost reports, forecasts, and valuations Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures
About You:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale RC frame developments Strong commercial skills Solid understanding of UK construction contracts and procurement routes Excellent financial acumen and negotiation skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in reporting to senior stakeholders
