Quantity Surveyor
Location: Glasgow (covering projects across Scotland, predominantly the Central Belt)
AMB Group are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support major projects across Scotland. This role will be predominantly site-based and will involve working on projects from procurement through to final accounts, reporting to a Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all commercial aspects of projects from start to finish.
Prepare and review contracts, budgets, and cost estimates.
Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and final accounts.
About You
Experience with NEC forms of contract.
Background in Civil Engineering/Highways (advantageous).
Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor.
Accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.What We Offer
