Quantity Surveyor Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to collaborate on a significant utility project located in the London Docklands. This role involves working on a high-voltage (HV) energy project, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in NEC4 contracts and utility project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and control all aspects of contractual and financial management for the project. Oversee procurement processes and manage the supply chain effectively. Prepare and manage cost value reconciliations (CVRs). Provide accurate and timely reporting on project financials. Implement change control procedures and manage variations. Work collaboratively with contractors to ensure project delivery. Conduct site visits 2-3 days a week as required by the project schedule. Job Requirements Experience with NEC4 contract management. Post Contractualy knowledge Familiarity with high-voltage (HV) energy projects. Understanding of contractor side delivery including supply chain management and procurement. Proficiency in preparing and managing cost value reconciliations (CVRs). Excellent reporting and financial management skills. Strong organisational and communication abilities.
