Quantity Surveyor – Central London Projects (Contract and Permanenet) We are supporting a leading Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) integrator seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. With projects spanning design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance, this is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, technically advanced buildings in and around Central London. About the role: * Work with a company at the forefront of smart building and energy-efficient infrastructure. * Exposure to large-scale M&E projects with advanced control systems. * Opportunity to develop your commercial expertise in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. * Engage in end-to-end project lifecycle, from tendering and cost planning to post-contract account management and cash flow monitoring. * Collaborate with a highly skilled, innovative team across engineering, project management, and site delivery. What we’re looking for: * Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience) * Strong knowledge of NEC contracts * Experience with cost capture, measurement, and identifying issues early * Proficiency reading technical drawings and producing accurate take-offs / QSOR * Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines What's in it for me?
