CRS are assisting our client in sourcing a full time Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects. ( The role is open to varied levels of experience.) Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor: Prepare and submit tenders Manage projects from contract award to final account Price variations and demolition-related works Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters Liaise with internal teams and clients Quantity Surveyor requirements: Background in construction or demolition would be highly desired Experience working for a contractor or subcontractor Good commercial and contractual knowledge Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Degree, HNC or HND qualified Package: Competitive salary (DOE) (open to expectations) Company car or car allowance High-profile projects Long-term career development Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
