Job Description

MPowering People are representing a fantastic client based out of London that are a leading Construction & Infrastructure business who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

Role Overview

This is a project-based commercial leadership role, working closely with senior operational stakeholders. The position holds full responsibility for commercial and contract administration across either a large, complex project or multiple projects running concurrently. The business operates as principal contractor on most projects, with an integrated delivery model that provides exposure to the full project lifecycle within a single team structure.

Key Responsibilities

Drive profitability by managing and improving the efficiency of the in-house delivery model

Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while maximising opportunities

Build strong, collaborative client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes

Partner closely with operational teams to ensure effective contract administration and delivery of all contractual obligations
