Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: London, EC4N Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on candidate experience.

The Quantity Surveyor Role
You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence.
Skills Required:

\n Cost planning & valuations \n
Change control & contract administration \n
Procurement support \n
Interim & final accounts \n
Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle \n
JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!) \n
