Job Description
A young, ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team in Brighton.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role
\n
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join two enthusiastic Partners and a dynamic, Quantity Surveying team delivering high-profile leisure and hotel projects across the UK.
\n
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall act as both Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, with day-to-day responsibilities including:
\n
\n Providing early cost advice \n
Cost planning \n
Preparing tender documents \n
Managing change during construction \n
\n
The Quantity Surveyor
\n
\n Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited \n
Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience \n
Must have worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice in the UK \n
Good pre and post contract knowledge \n
Hold a UK driving licence \n
\n
