Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + Package (Bonuses, Vehicle/Allowance)

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering groundworks packages for Commercial Projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accounts. Providing accurate cost control and reporting to ensure project profitability. Leading and mentoring junior members of the commercial team. Establishing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

About You:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or groundworks sector. Strong background in residential or commercial projects is essential. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in managing budgets, forecasts, and contract terms. Full UK driving license.
