The Role
Due to continued growth, an experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to support housing groundworks projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure commercial control is maintained across multiple residential schemes.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
Commercial management of housing groundworks projects Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts and cost reports Valuations, applications for payment and final accounts Procurement and management of subcontract packages
