Quantity Surveyor - Residential Groundworks Residential groundworks contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Manchester, offering £50,000 to £70,000 plus package, working on housing-led infrastructure projects from £1.5m to £20m. This Quantity Surveyor role sits within a well-established residential groundworks business delivering foundations, roads, sewers, drainage and external works for leading housebuilders and private developers across the North West. The Role – Groundworks Quantity Surveyor The Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of residential groundworks schemes from pre-start through to final account. This is a practical, site-facing role suited to a Quantity Surveyor who understands housing infrastructure and enjoys being close to the work.
