They operate across multiple sectors, including: Commercial Interiors Retail Interiors Restaurants & Hospitality Exhibitions In-house Joinery Manufacturing About the Role Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Principal Contractor delivering high-specification fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Projects range from £1m£4m, with occasional schemes up to £16m, across sectors including stadiums, museums, high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors. Youll take ownership of schemes from pre-construction through to handover, managing multiple fast-paced projects with short timelines (typically 412 weeks). Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of projects from inception to completion Looking after valuations, variations, applications for payment, final accounts Assist with procurement of specialist interior packages and ensure compliance with specifications Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts Measure and value works on-site Run multiple schemes simultaneously (typically 3) Manage 414 subcontractors per scheme and 818 packages per project Attend site visits weekly (or more as required) What Were Looking For Experience in fit-out/refurbishment, ideally commercial contracting Intermediate or above Ability to work under pressure and manage short timelines Strong financial and contractual knowledge Package £40,000 £65,000 + £5,000 car allowance Laptop & phone provided Pension scheme Travel expenses covered 22 days holiday + bank holidays Why Apply?
