The Quantity Surveyor (Cost Control) is responsible for ensuringrobust financial governance, cost visibility, and commercial accountability throughout the construction project by managing project budgets, monitoring cost performance, and supporting decision-making to maximise value andminimise financial risk. We are looking for a qualified experienced Quanity Surveyor who has worked for main contractors. This is both a technical and commercial role. Ideally the candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a cost control background. Core Responsibilitie Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive cost control system for the construction project. Monitor project expenditure, identify variances and report on cost performance against budget and forecast. Work closely with the commercial team and quantity surveyors to track actual costs, commitments and change orders. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and variance analysis for internal and client review.
