Quantity SurveyorLocation: London-based (with some UK-wide travel)Projects: Multiple large works projects (circa £250k), residential properties & schoolsSalary: Competitive (DOE £60-70k) + car allowance and other benefitsType: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid workingAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic specialist contractor team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. While the role is London-based, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to travel nationwide as required.You will be the Quantity Surveyor responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, including large works projects valued around £250k these are residential reinstatement works and education sector projects (schools).
