Interviews taking place this week.What we Offer20 days plus Bank Holidays plus your birthday per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years)Comprehensive Company Health InsuranceMonthly Company LunchQuarterly Company EventsRole duties and responsibilities for a Fire & Security Quantity SurveyorDeliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developmentsExposure to high-rise residential projects and occupied housing environmentsOpportunity to lead and take ownership of complex projects from pre-start to final accountStrong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and complianceAble to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administrationExperience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performanceA solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirementsAdhoc duties as requiredQualifications & Experience Required for a Fire & Security Quantity Surveyor:Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors A solid understanding of JCT contracts Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with project/CRM platformsBe part of:Exposure to landmark London high-rise projectsClear scope of work and direct communication with decision-makersProfessional and well-structured delivery environment with access to necessary project data and documentationHours of work:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Variable) site or office based.Holidays:20 days plus Bank Holidays per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years)Birthday offHealth InsuranceCompany BonusWe are looking to appoint immediately.
