The Opportunity
A rare chance for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes across the commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defence, and retail sectors.
This is a supportive, family-oriented environment where staff retention is excellent, relationships are valued, and workflow is consistently strong. You’ll be part of a growing team of nine Quantity Surveyors, working on prestigious projects while enjoying a culture that prioritises balance, wellbeing, and professional growth.
The Role
* Based primarily in the office, with a couple of days per week on site.
* Overseeing a £3.8m refurbishment NEC scheme in London, alongside another scheme.
* Exposure to varied schemes, offering both stability and opportunities to broaden your experience.

The Right Person
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:
* At least 5 years’ experience (non-housebuilding)
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Good IT and communication abilities
* Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
