Known for their dynamic culture and strong long-term client partnerships, they provide exceptional job security, market-leading development opportunities, and exposure to flagship programmes.\n\nWith a growing portfolio of healthcare projects across the country, they are now expanding their cost management team.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nDue to recent project wins in the Healthcare sector, the company is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to work on complex, extremely high-value Healthcare schemes while developing both technical and client-facing skills in a supportive consultancy environment.\n\nYou will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to project leadership, client management, and progression routes towards Senior QS level and beyond in a highly supportive and flexible environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:\n\nDelivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across Healthcare projects\nPreparing cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and risk assessments\nSupporting contract administration, change management, and financial reporting\nWorking under NEC contracts (essential)\nLiaising with clients, clinical stakeholders, and design teams\nContributing to commercial management and project delivery from early stages to final account\nSupporting and strengthening client relationships\nWorking collaboratively within a growing Healthcare project team\nThe Candidate\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring:\n\nA degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline\nConsultancy / PQS-side experience\nExperience in Healthcare, public-sector or complex built-environment projects \nExperience working on Capital Projects\nStrong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills\nMRICS status or working toward it (full support provided)\nExperience with NEC forms of contract \nAmbition to take on increasing responsibility, including client-facing and leadership opportunities\nWhy Join?\n\nExtremely flexible hybrid working structure (~2 days per month in office)\nSecure pipeline of long-term healthcare frameworks\nGenuine progression opportunities to Senior QS and future leadership roles\nChance to work on major, high-profile Healthcare schemes across the UK\nExcellent company culture with mentorship, training, and chartership support\nWork closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to business development\nInterested?\n\nApply in confidence via this advert, or contact Ben Houlihan directly on (phone number removed) for more information
