Quantity Surveyor – Civils Location: Teesside Salary: £COMPETITIVE DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits About the Role Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to find an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Civils Subcontractor based in Teesside. You will manage civils packages for commercial and industrial build projects across the North East. You’ll be office-based, with occasional site visits as required, and will be working with a mix of JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts. Key Responsibilities * Manage civils projects of various sizes, ensuring clear and accurate budgets are produced. * Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver projects within budget. * Oversee procurement to align with programme and tender targets. * Handle client accounts and monthly project reporting. * Manage change control, risk and opportunity processes. * Work closely with site teams to track progress and cost of site resources. * Provide detailed commercial analysis and submit monthly payment applications. * Manage multiple projects with varying complexities.
