Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Rail - West London\n\n * Long-term projects with strong professsional development opportunities\n\n * Hybrid working\n\nSSA are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Civil Engineering & Rail contractor based in West London. This role will see the successful Quantity Surveyor within a small team, looking after M&E and civil infrastructure upgrade projects across London & South-East. These will consist of a mix of NEC and Bespoke contracts, with projects ranging from £1m - £25m.

You would be responsible for:\n\n * Preparing reports regarding projected costs for internal teams and client;\n\n * Ensure contractual procedures are adhered to;\n\n * Accurate cost forecasting;\n\n * Perform risk, value management and cost control\n\n * Value completed work and arrange payments and issue applications for payments to clients\n\n * Assisting with final accounts.\n\nYou will be offered an excellent salary & package, one-to-one training, and opportunities for further progression within the business.\n\nEssential:\n\n * Experience within the rail or civil engineering industry
