Hybrid Quantity Surveyor position - Civils - Glasgow

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Civils contractor in the East side Glasgow, this is a full-time role that offers hybrid working between home and office.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters within the account, working in close collaboration with Project Managers, Finance, and Delivery teams. You'll partner with their finance colleagues to ensure robust cost control across projects and support Project Managers in monitoring budgets and forecasting.

They are looking for someone who has experience running their own projects and understands commercial, contractual, legal, budgets, subcontract management, client facing etc.

- Ideally commercially trained, although other relatable degrees are considered (engineering) - Must have project lead experience - Must have experience managing client, subcontractors, and suppliers alike
