This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. ???? What Youll Do Champion food safety and quality culture Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations) Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances Support audits and investigations Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc. Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements What Youll Bring ? Essential: HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 Experience in food manufacturing Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards Excellent communication & organisation Problem-solving skills & attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office ? Desirable: 8-step problem solving experience Experience leading third-party audits Background in Food Safety/Technology
