We're looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to lead the Technical Services function and keep the site operating confidently to BRC standards. This is a hands-on, influential role where you'll strengthen systems, guide people, and ensure food safety and quality are genuinely embedded, not just talked about.

What you'll be responsible for

Ownership of the site Quality Management System, ensuring it is robust, maintained and audit-ready year-round
End-to-end management of the internal audit programme, from planning through to close-out
Control of the Master Action Log and site technical schedule
Leadership and development of the Technical Services team
Supplier approval compliance and alignment with customer and BRC requirements across the site
Driving complaint reduction and ensuring thorough, practical responses when issues arise
Maintaining the internal systems section of the HACCP manual, keeping it fit for purpose
Providing quality inputs into site meetings and food safety/quality communications
Leading the Food Safety & Quality Culture survey and converting results into real improvements
Oversight of traceability processes
Using data to support behavioural change and continuous improvement, not just filling spreadsheetsWhat we're looking for
